Deputy Manager - Business Intelligence

The incumbent would be a part of the Sales and Distribution function and would be responsible for :

- Designing management & team reports, dashboards, and analysis.

- Spearheading the BI roll out and usage amongst Sales and other teams.

Responsibilities :

- Facilitate decision-making by presenting data analysis and making recommendations for action by synthesizing information and trends

- Analyze large volumes of transaction and customer data (acquisition/ retention trends etc.) to generate insights and actionable recommendations to drive business growth

- Prepare/ update presentations for assisting senior management in monitoring performance

- Automation of manual reports through extensive use of Macros/ SQL/ Access/ VBA/ BI

- Work with end users for driving usage of BI tools through extensive training. Coordinating with IT for ensuring data accuracy.

Key Skills :

- Prior end user experience in BI/ Data Visualization, as a business user, is mandatory (Technical skills are not necessary).

- Prior domain experience in Sales/ Distribution/ Marketing/ Customer Data Analysis is preferred, however not mandatory.
