Overview:
- ABP group is seeking to get on-board Consumer Insights Analyst for their Digital Business. Digital Business is the youngest digital media startup, incubated by the ABP Group, with ambition to grow into a world class digital media organization.
- Consumer Insights Analyst will support the analytic needs of a business unit by analyzing web traffic, campaigns and user behavior through adept usage of click stream data and attribution data.
- The role-holder will be responsible for reporting and deep-dive to identify areas of improvements and delivering actionable recommendations.
- This role will report directly to the Insight Manager.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Understand website behavior and audience insights
- Support the analytic needs of a business unit by analyzing web traffic using largely Google Analytics/ GTM + other web analytics tools.
- Research and track latest updates to ensure that best practices in metrics and decision making are being exposed to the BU management and core website decision makers.
- Gather business requirements synthesized from multiple sources including product managers, development teams, and functional group members to ensure measurement and performance tracking.
- Reporting and Automation of weekly, monthly reports (excel, BI tools, click stream analytics).
Desired profile:
- BS/MS in Engineering, Math, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years of analytical and database experience.
- Insightful & analytical thinker with high attention to detail
- Basic Knowledge of Statistics
- Good understanding of range of data manipulation and analysis techniques
- Experience in using any scripting language for data crunching.
- Experience in using the Microsoft Office suite with very strong Excel skills.
