Job Purpose :

To manage planning, budgeting, financial performance analysis and treasury management for abof.

KRAs & Goals :

Financial Planning & Analysis :

Financial Reporting :

- Daily Sales Reporting

- Weekly Reporting for Leadership Meeting

- Monthly MIS & CMIS Compilation

Financial Planning & Budgeting :

- Timely creation of LE plan and Annual Budget

- Updating Key Value Drivers for the business

- Tracking revised P&L & CF estimates for the current year

Financial Analysis:

- Returns Analysis at the end of every month

- NSV Tally Analysis

- GM Tally Analysis

- Brand dashboard

Corporate Treasury :

Working Capital Management - Funding & Investments :

- To ensure optimization of cash reserves with low funding costs and higher than benchmark returns on investments

Banking Relationships :

- Manage relationships with HDFCB, StanC, Kotak & ICICI Bank. Manage and coordinate other functions- banking requirements

Vendor Financing :

- Initiate and coordinate vendor financing for selected vendors
