The Role:

- Part of the core team at AbleCold - actively contributing to shaping the direction of the company.

- Leading the team of Warehouse Managers / Executives across all cities.

- Drive continuous process improvements at the warehouse to improve reliability and sustainability of warehouse operations.

- Drive end to end optimal warehouse performance to meet business objectives

- Ensure overall effective warehousing controls are put in place to ensure Stock control and DIFOT (Delivery in full, on time) is achieved.

Skills / Experience required:

- High energy with a zeal to build business from scratch with a high sense of ownership

- Prior logistics / warehousing experience preferred

- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

- Willingness to roll up your sleeves

- Strong balance of planning and hustling

- Previous start-up experience (preferred)

- Demonstrated influencing capability across a multi-site and multi-functional business
