The Role: - We are looking for a passionate astute entrepreneur to oversee AbleCold's day to day operations across multiple cities - The candidate will be required to build alliances and partnerships with other organizations, make high-level decisions about policy and strategy, assist and develop plans with the co-founding team to raise funding and work with the co-founding team to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long term goals. - The candidate will need to have a working knowledge of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management and general finance and budgeting. Required skills/experience: - Minimum 8 years of experience, with at least 4 years of experience working in logistics. - Bachelors and MBA from Tier 1 institutes - Prior start-up experience - Ex-Founders and Co-founders of successful startups preferred
