The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs. Responsibilities : - Recruitment, Interview, Joining formalities, Induction, Payroll management, Employee relation - Liaise with external professionals, Govt and agencies - Book-keeping, accounts and reports - Organize purchasing, deliveries, inventory, Negotiate with vendors, suppliers etc. - Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization Talent Management: - Develop manpower and succession plan to drive appropriate action for future resourcing and create supporting resourcing strategies to address future requirements. - Drive implementation of capability building programs across the organisation. - Plan and execute talent strategy for critical roles with effective use of IDPs and mapping the talent in line with the org-wide talent strategy. Learning &amp; Development: - Identify training needs, conduct programs and run employee assessments. - Conceptualize and execute training module, closely working with sales leaders and also facilitate training. - Understand training requirements and deliver critical training modules for overall sales capability development. Performance Management : - KRA/ KPI identification and periodic evaluation of employees. - Responsible for end to end performance management cycle for employees including goal setting and leading calibration sessions. A day in the life: - To assist department in various Talent Management activities. To frame related skill set pertaining to particular positions. - Conducting needs assessments to identify appropriate training needs, developing training content, and facilitating training and development sessions. - To manage all the necessary analysis w.r.t training effectiveness, transfer of learning etc. - To assist department in performance management activities (PMS). Qualification &amp; Experience: Total experience required 2-8 years - Relevant industry experience in E-Commerce/ Software Development / Retail Chain - Good academic scores with 60% throughout is mandatory; MBA from a premium institute is preferred - Good knowledge of MS Office - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
