JOB DESCRIPTION JOB MISSION As a member of the Global Regional Business Transformation Team, the Order-to-Cash BPL supports the design, implementation &amp; evolution of the End-to-End Process &amp; Operating model suitable for the Global business from both a cost &amp; business value perspective. The BPL will liaise with and bring together relevant country, functional and global entities so as to ensure an integrated, aligned &amp; value adding operating model is implemented. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DELIVERABLES Operational Excellence Services - Business Architecture - Coordinate with relevant parties to agree the correct structure, interaction and integration between the business strategy and the operating model (policy, organization, functions, end-to-end business processes and information needs) - End-to-End Process Governance/Custodianship - Manage &amp; Develop Order-to-Cash Process Center of Excellence to drive adoption of globally agreed processes, share process-improvement best practices and actively manage proposed changes according to the defined methodology. - Integrated Operating Model Design - Ensuring ongoing alignment &amp; integration of Order-to-Cash operating model with other parts of the business by coordinating and managing integration points with other parallel projects and initiatives impacting the Globaln businesses - Strategy Deployment - Develop, manage &amp; execute regional Order-to-Cash capability roadmap (people, process, technology &amp; information) aligned with the Order-to-Cash way, GERP &amp; NOCC designs. The roadmap will progressively and logically raise the business capabilities in each country to the requisite level to meet the strategic objectives of all the impacted functions. Liaise with key stakeholders at country, regional &amp; global level to ensure the roadmap is agreed, funded and achievable. - Support Global Order-to-Cash Operating Model Design, working closely with the Global Order-to-Cash team to refine offerings to meet local market needs - Pathfinder / Pilot Management - Drive innovation and fully understand future operating model implications via actively managing approved pilots/pathfinder projects - Lean-Six-Sigma &amp; Operational Excellence - Oversee and drive lean-six-sigma &amp; continuous improvement activity across the end-to-end process, supporting both NOCC &amp; in-country teams to uplift operational performance overtime. - Automation / OCR / IoT / AI / Operational Analytics - Oversee &amp; coordinate intelligent process automation (IPA) capabilities PoCs &amp; scale-up opportunities - Execute Process Diagnostics, benchmarking &amp; base-lining (SCATER) as required to support Business Case Development - Conduct needs assessments and co-develop value-driver based business cases for key components of the operating model including but not limited to tools, functionality, shared services, Make vs. Buy decisions etc.; Ensure implementation &amp; total cost of ownership are justified. - Training Needs Assessment, Material Development &amp; Train-the-Trainer Support - provide business, new process model and local market contextualization to Training Materials. Ensure business users receive the correct &amp; adequate training for successful deployment of the new operating model - Provide input to the assessment of anticipated business change impacts of the new operating model on each functional area at a country-level based on As-Is process diagnostic - Execute Post Implementation Reviews according to agreed Business Transformation PIR calendar - monitor and document both the successes and shortcomings of initiatives from a people, process and/or technology perspective. - Value Realization: oversee regular reviews of actual value being delivered by NOCC projects and be able to articulate to stakeholders the benefits of change. - As leader of a Center of Excellence area stay abreast of emerging best practices and gather learnings from across ABInbev and peer companies. Build &amp; Support Communities of Practice which underpin collaboration efforts both within and outside of the region. Project Management Services - Project Portfolio Management: Ensure business requirements required to execute the capability roadmap are entered into demand management timely with requisite business justifications. - Provide Project Management expertise and provide specialist business deployment support on major out-of-market projects so as to ensure successful and cost effective end-to-end project delivery. - Support Business Change Readiness - Works with country &amp; global teams to understand the impact of projects on people, process and systems and help develop a realistic and executable change management plan to effectively address change challenges within scoped processes. DECISION MAKING - Are proposed country/regional requirements really needed? - Does new requirement drive better compliance, control or value realization? Should further diagnostic work be done to ascertain this? - Have all key integration points been correctly addressed during design phase? - What is the optimal timeline to implement a particular part of the operating model or specific functionality in relation to integrated deployment strategy (taking account of process/system maturity &amp; value opportunity)? - Are design requirements local, regional or global?- Does proposed technical solution fulfill business requirements? - Are proposed designs optimized from a cost-benefit perspective? - Should budget be assigned to cover new requirements? - Is level of design and implementation complexity valid vs. business benefit? - What are implications on Project Implementation on timelines, costs - Are subsequent change requests to existing designs valid? - What new / emerging best practices should be considered for inclusion within the process &amp; operating model? INTERNAL RELATIONS - Global Functional Leadership - Ensure functional strategy is fully understood so that it can be successfully integrated into the regional capability roadmaps - Provide insight on regional characteristics, business process maturity and status of overall change program vis--vis functional strategy. - Global Process Owner / Business Process Excellence - Ensure NOCC &amp; GERP processes &amp; scope are fully understood so that they can be successfully integrated into the regional capability roadmaps. - Provide insight on regional characteristics, business process maturity and status of overall change program vis--vis process &amp; service strategy. - Provide in-region support on process diagnostics &amp; requirement gathering - Raise valid new requirements for GBPE approval - Global Business Partner - Ensure regional capability roadmaps are fully aligned with global IT roadmaps. - Provide insight on regional characteristics, business process maturity and status of overall change program to ensure feasibility, acceptability and success of global L1 plan. - Support accurate capture &amp; documentation of business requirements aligned with global processes - Provide project management, process diagnostic &amp; business deployment support - Feedback to IT on findings from PIRs relating to solution design, adoption &amp; user experience - NOCC - Service Deployment &amp; GDC - Agree Order-to-Cash NOCC roadmap which fully aligns and enables the broader Order-to-Cash Operating model transition - Agree optimal transition plan for each country. - Support Lean-Six-Sigma &amp; CI initiatives throughout Order-to-Cash process. - Regional Order-to-Cash Resources VP - Ensure that Order-to-Cash roadmap meets long term strategic goals for the region - Support Projects Execution and Management - Regional Order-to-Cash leads - Obtain input from Hub Directors on relevant changes implied by transformation projects in the region (not only restricted to Order-to-Cash) and ensure this is fedback to relevant global design / deployment team timely and clearly so as to ensure business solutions are fit-for-purpose within the Global context and are coherent across the various pieces of the transformation program - In-country Order-to-Cash VPs and Country Teams - Coordinate baseline metrics collection and process decomposition diagnostic (SCATER) - Oversee full integration and Order-to-Cash process local/out of market operating model - To ensure that Order-to-Cash processes meet in-country requirements (tax, legal &amp; statutory) - Regional STEERCOM - Obtain approval of Order-to-Cash related business cases and related changes to Capability Roadmap - Obtain budget for implementation of the roadmap - To provide status reports on progress along capability roadmap - In-country MANCOM - Agree in-country implementation timelines are feasible for the country, resources are available and gain approval of relevant budget requirements - To provide status reports on progress along capability roadmap EXTERNAL RELATIONS - Order-to-Cash Leads and Peer Organization - Leverage knowledge networks to enrich internal discussions/decisions - Global / regional BPO consulting and technology suppliers - Provide Business input &amp; outsight to 3rd parties Candidate Profile - Graduate degree (Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Economics) - MBA is an advantage - Proven High Potential Order-to-Cash Professional - At least 5 years- experience in Order-to-Cash Administration and/or Order-to-Cash SAP modules and/or automation technologies. - Experience in Order-to-Cash Shared Service Centers is essential - Ideally OCR, RPA, AI, Operational Analytics &amp; IoT design, build &amp;/or operate experience - Ideally Project Management Experience (including methodology, tools, RID management) - Ideally experience with Strategic Order-to-Cash Business Partners - Ideally Business Architecture Experience - Thorough experience associated to implementation of change / transformation projects associated to Order-to-Cash - Order-to-Cash processes design experience - Extensive knowledge of technology to enable Order-to-Cash processes. - Advanced analytical skills - Ideally experience leading cross-functional teams both during project and post implementation - Business case development and benefit tracking - Natural Leader for team and highly supportive of peers within program - Problem solving skills combined with strong influencing /communicating skills (written, verbal, presentation development and delivery) - Adept at working in complex and constant change scenarios - Excellent at multi-tasking without sacrificing quality of output. - Able to take initiative and lead closure/resolution - English: English &amp;/ or Spanish
