1. PURPOSE OF ROLE : This role is responsible for ensuring the Global NoCC transformation team manages itself within its global budget. The role will be responsible for all budgeting and LE processes (1YP and 3YP), monthly OOP approval process, and CAPEX expenditure for the Global NoCC transformation team. The team works globally and therefore the candidate will manage costs in 9 separate legal entities. The role is responsible for tracking and monitoring benefits delivered globally by the transformation and supporting the mitigation plans. This is a high visibility role where the submissions are reviewed by many senior stakeholders. 2. ACCOUNTABILITIES : The key accountabilities for this role include but are not restricted to : i. Budgets, Forecast & Reporting : - Work with Global NoCC-T to finalize latest Forecast for Capex (~$50m), Opex (~$8m), OOP(~$100m) and Benefits(~$40m) - Lead the tracking & monitoring of performance of the NoCC Transformation team (Capex, Opex, Out-of- Performance & Benefits Realization) - Coordinating and preparing the 3YP, 1YP and monthly performance review packs - Support the Global NoCC-T team in resolving finance queries and process related issues ii. Analysis : - Manage benchmarking data (both internal & external for process efficiency, effectiveness, quality & control metrics, volumetric & FTE related) - Support adhoc analysis to identify cost and price opportunities in the business 3. BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT : The NoCC transformation team runs and operates cross-zone platforms at maximum levels of scale and efficiency. Through the Network of Capability Centres. The transformation journey is fast paced and challenging. Speed of decision making will require strong value added data management. This role is critical in ensuring financial data is available and accurate in order to deliver the global vision - The job holder is located in the GCC (Global Capability Centre) in Bangalore, India with daily interactions across all zones. The job holder must thrive working in a quick-changing environment, where processes are often not clearly defined or implemented and where processes cut across cultures, languages and geographies. - Establish and own external / internal contacts within zone and global Solutions organization and global and zonal functions. Develop and execute strategies / improvement plans and actions for NoCC. Manage and improve cost and budget, as well as service KPI's and value to the organization. - The current global financial and non-financial processes do not provide the dataset necessary for NoCC transformation. This role will need to manage the collation and aggregation of data manually 4. SCOPE OF ROLE : The scope of the role is the Global Network of capability Centres (GCC+RCC+ZCC) 5. QUALIFICATIONS AND TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES REQUIRED : 1. Strong financial experience 2. Provided financial business partnering support to non-financial teams 3. Worked in a global environment dealing with complexity and vagueness 4. Experience working in global teams, able to build strong relationships quickly 5. Communicating effectively by conveying information and ideas in English, in a clear, meaningful, and timely manner, providing information to ensure understanding; solicit inputs and provide open candid conversations. Ability to make valid financial assumptions from disparate information 6. Able to influence and lead financial processes globally 7. Modelling capability 8. Advanced level Excel and PowerPoint Education : - MBA / Degree in finance and accounting Critical skills needed for success in this position : - Analytical skill, Finance knowledge, communicate effectively with peers and senior stakeholders and Establishing collaborative working relationships - Languages : English 7.
