Salary : 6-7 Lakhs
Position Summary:
The core responsibility is to leverage a combination of strong strategy, execution and integration skills to successfully plan, integrate, execute & measure sales and go-to-market initiatives. The key measure of success is building pipeline, and sale closure for the Middle East, Africa & APAC region.
Qualification & Experience required:
MBA with 2-3 years experience
Relevant experience in dealing with Telecom Analytics solutions/Enterprise software sales experience
Past experience in various lead generation mediums (Events, Campaigns, Social media etc)
This would require travel
Competencies Required:
Must have
Proven experience in winning new deals and achieving sales targets (Primary region - MEA & APAC)
Proven experience in consultative selling and maintaining CXO level relationships
Proven experience in entire sales cycle from tracking and responding to RFP's to collections
Should have handled at least $250 to $ 500K in Order booking.
Should have strong interpersonal skills
Should have excellent communication skills - verbal and written
Should possesses strong multitasking skills
Should be ready for extensive travel
Desired skills
Exposure to International market in dealing with some international channel/customer experience.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Achieve quarterly and annualsalestargets
- Prospect, attend meetings, and close new key account business with key decision makers in specified target regions
- Manage leads and opportunities.
- Leverage database and leads to acquire and enable new accounts.
- Map customer needs with specific business deliverables.
- Recommend solutions, present proposals and get contracts executed
- Penetrate existing accounts to identify and advance indirectsales
- Drive custom development efforts when required to secure and support strategic new business opportunities
- Logsalesactivity (prospecting, opportunities, revenue, and next steps) in CRM.
- Deliver accurate forecasts
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, deliver and manage an effective communication and demand generation campaign for across the region
- Implement business plan with agreed business targets and revenue goals
- Conduct and present quarterly business reviews internally
