About your role : - Your role is perhaps the most important role in the organization. In simplest term, digital marketing head drives around 10 million annual transactions for AbhiBus (and growing) while managing user acquisition, user retention (remember those 45 million customers), Customer LTV, CAC among other key goals. - The teams that align to Head of Digital marketing are- SEO team(2), PPC and SEM manager (1) with dedicated PPC agency, Social media (1) and with dedicated creative agency, creative design team among others while overlooking app based gamification and customer stickiness points. - While you do all of this, we prepare to double the team size with our growing appetite and aspiration for growth. Key Skills : If the basic skill of knowing how growth hacking is managed (for large businesses), rest are bonus. 1. Advanced knowledge of SEO, SEM and modern digital marketing techniques 2.
