Objective

To ensure the delivery of relevant, timely and accurate reporting of financial information to internal & external stakeholders for financial and budgetary decision making. To oversee accounting and taxation.

Job Responsibilities

- To ensure that accounts are prepared as per Indian accounting standards (IND AS, GAAP), Company's accounting policies and ITE's group reporting requirements

- Strong knowledge and exposure of Indirect and Direct taxation(GST)

- Preparation of various MIS report on periodical basis for submissions to group company / associates / management.

- Daily review and supervision for accounting including managing the resources responsible for sales accounting, expense accounting, taxation etc and

- Closely work with team to resolve technical issues faced by them and to ensure error-free accounting in local accounting system

- To ensure that bookkeeping/accounting in tally is maintained to represent a true & correct view of transactions undertaken

- Coordination with other verticals/departments for the collection of required data and reconciliations of any differences, if any, on regular basis

- To ensure that the deliverables requested by Financial controller/ ITE Group are delivered with accuracy and on timely basis

- Periodical review of debtor's balances and ensuring that same is reconciled with sales data

- Ensuring that all compliances required to be local, as well as global reporting, are done in a timely manner

- To manage audit requirements. One-point contact for audit management and ensure timely completion of audit

- To ensure that all compliances related to taxation are compiled with on time

Office Timings: 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM (Monday - Friday), 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM (Saturday)

Additional Skills required:

1. Good communication and presentation skills are a prerequisite

2. Ability to handle multiple deadlines

3. Has a working knowledge of MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Powerpoint and Tally.ERP 9

4. Good knowledge of the latest accounting and tax updates
