Senior Manager HR M&A
The purpose of the job is to act as single point of contact for HR in the M&A to lead the following HR M&A activities:
1. Support in the development of the standard operating procedures, toolkits and plans for HR role in M&A due diligence and post-merger integration and ensure the communication and implementation of the same.
2. Coordinating with the global M&A and HR streams in the planning and implementation of HR interventions in the M&A transactions in both the due diligence and post-merger integration phases
Job Description:
- Develop and update HR M&A toolkit that consists of checklists, SOP's and KPI's for effective M&A transactions, review it with the peers and relevant stakeholders and seek formal approval to apply the same in the workplace.
- Based on the HR M&A operating model, participate with the global M&A and other relevant M&A committees teams in the recurring and Adhoc meetings to represent HR and ensure effective HR intervention in M&A transactions ion both the due-diligence and integration phases.
- Understand the tasks required from HR in the M&A transactions, communicate internally within global HR team to ensure it is completed on-time as per the project plans.
- Provide HR-related advisory in HR M&A in alignment with the global HR strategy.
- Implement the HR M&A toolkit to assess the effectiveness of PMI plans from HR perspective and prepare and communicate reports that explain the assessment outcomes to the key stakeholders.
- Build a close relationship with the key stakeholders internally within M&A community and externally with the entities involved in M&A transactions.
