The purpose of the job is to act as single point of contact for HR in the M&A to lead the following HR M&A activities:

1. Support in the development of the standard operating procedures, toolkits and plans for HR role in M&A due diligence and post-merger integration and ensure the communication and implementation of the same.

2. Coordinating with the global M&A and HR streams in the planning and implementation of HR interventions in the M&A transactions in both the due diligence and post-merger integration phases

- Strong project management background and experience, including schedule, scope, issue, and risk management, planning, and analysis

- Strong background and experience in change management

- High Interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

- Strong HR functional knowledge

- High problem solving skills

- Demonstrated ability in managing, coaching, and inspiring teams to achieve business goals and objectives

- Proficient user of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

- 8 to 10 years' experience in M&A due diligence, post-merger integration, or related field.

1.Develop and update HR M&A toolkit that consists of checklists, SOP's and KPI's for effective M&A transactions, review it with the peers and relevant stakeholders and seek formal approval to apply the same in the workplace

2.Based on the HR M&A operating model, participate with the global M&A and other relevant M&A committees teams in the recurring and Adhoc meetings to represent HR and ensure effective HR intervention in M&A transactions ion both the due-diligence and integration phases

3.Understand the tasks required from HR in the M&A transactions, communicate internally within global HR team to ensure it is completed on-time as per the project plans

4.Provide HR-related advisory in HR M&A in alignment with the global HR strategy

Implement the HR M&A toolkit to assess the effectiveness of PMI plans from HR perspective and prepare and communicate reports that explain the assessment outcomes to the key stakeholders

5.Build a close relationship with the key stakeholders internally within M&A community and externally with the entities involved in M&A transactions
