ABCI Infrastructure - Project Manager - Road Project

Project Manager is required for a World Bank funded road project

Location - Mizoram(T.K.Road).

Experience - 10yrs-15yrs

Qualification - BE/B.Tech(Civil)

- Actively involved in the Pre Construction Activities.

- Good knowledge about quality of materials as per IS, IRC & MOST Specifications.

- Actively involved in the Pre Construction Activities.

- Timely utilization of Machinery as per the requirement and taking good technical decisions on the spot as per the site conditions.

- Preparation of daily progress reports, planning and monitoring weekly, monthly reports.

- Mobilization of manpower as per requirement.

- Maintenance of road safety precautions to avoid mishap pens.

- Played Active role in liaison with local village people and government officials.

- Co-ordination with consultant for Approval of general arrangement drawings.

- Able to use all type of surveying instruments like Total station, Theodolite, Auto- level etc.

- Good knowledge and involvement in all Pre construction activities like Site investigation, Orientation of site, Procurement of Machinery & Construction Materials, Survey work etc-,

- Map or Plan-study, Survey, Traversing, contouring, Volumetric calculation of cutting & Filling, Stock measurement, periodic quantity Measurement & Updating survey data, computation of horizontal & vertical alignment on Roads. Preparation of Plan, Profile & Cross-Sections of the Roads.

- Working with - Auto cad- and - MS-Office

- Working knowledge about quantity Survey in Highway project.

- Responsibility of Daily RFI's works as per site work, accordingly taking approvals for

- Major Exposure should be in Road Projects(7-8)yrs.
