Abbott - Senior Manager - Activation

Purpose of Job: Build A: Care as an integrated customer engagement platform for patients, doctors and pharmacists offering a complete suite of - Pill + service- model across Gastro & Women's Health Therapies

JOB DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Conceptualize & roll out Specialty specific properties across the continuum of care. Leverage cross Therapy / BU synergies

2. Work closely with Brand & Marketing Excellence to create external Program partners & play book both on ground and virtual targeted at HCPs/Patients

3. Must create end to end infrastructure for each program, working closely with Brand teams on branding / communication

4. Proactively understand therapy / business needs & provide relevant solutions. Liason with Global teams / competitive intelligence and vendor repository

5. Track impact on initiatives both qualitative e.g. - providing desired sufferer /HCP- experience, quantitative - reach, perception change, cost per patient as per best practices

6. Ensure Medical / Regulatory / Legal & PA compliance

7. Dotted reporting of Field Activation Managers, responsible for on ground activities

8. Handle audit compliances for deliverables on activations
