Job Title : Business HR Manager   Job Objective/ Purpose of Job: Business HR support for Abbott Medical Optics  Objective: Strategizing & implementing HR processes based on business requirement.  Location : Gurgaon  Experience in managing merger and integration  Reports To : Head-BHR & Country Manager   Job Duties/ Responsibilities/ Accountabilities :  - Partner with business to determine its Business HR needs and lead delivery of HR process and systems.  - Represents the Face of HR and communicates and reinforces the Employee Value Proposition through various HR initiatives  - Collaborate with TA, L&D, C&B, Employee relations to implement best practices for AMO & other business in North India.   - Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team to ensure in time and good quality fill. Implement performance excellence process in AMO   - Ensures the quality of business HR Delivery across Abbott operations across the Zone  - Implement all HR programs such as Induction, Performance Management, behavioral training etc. for all employees.  - Ensure effective cascading of HR policies & practices across the organization  - Address all concerns around policies, processes, performance, compensation and benefits   - Ensuring Voice of Customer is adequately represented so that suitable intervention can be designed and deployed   - Provide inputs on reward & recognition programs, incentive schemes etc. in order to enhance employee motivation and retention  - Facilitate employee engagement activities and support managers towards effective employee management and engagement   - Conduct engagement surveys and coordinate Focus Group Discussions on a need basis, in order to gauge employee perceptions & opinions  - Create forums and facilitate interactions between employees and leadership on a regular basis  - Develop a connect with employees at all levels to understand the employee pulse  - Support/Assist business for review of performance appraisals of trainees/probationers.  - Assist business in Manpower Planning & deployment and coordinate with Talent Acquisition vertical for timely filling up of vacancies across the business.  - Support/ Assist business in training need identification and coordinate with Learning & Development vertical to deliver the plan.  - Coordinate with Employee Relations vertical for addressing disciplinary issues.  - Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits vertical to ensure implementation of C&B processes and address employee queries in agreed time frame.  - Provide time to time, need based support to other business .  - Manage all required compliance from employment law perspective   Job Specifications :   Education Qualification : Full time MBA with specialization in Human Resources from a renowned institute.  Experience : 6- 8 years experience handling a business HR role with exposure in HR Operations, talent acquisition and L&D and C&B.  Skills & behavioral qualities Excellent written and oral communication skills :   - Hands on experience in HR operations  - Good interpersonal skills with high EQ  - Adaptable and prior knowledge of Sales HR is desirable.  - Good Analytical skills  Competencies :   - Knowledge of business : Possesses a basic understanding of the business, products and roles and people issues   - Process Orientation : Understands and follows processes.
