Key Accountability :
The position will lead Talent Acquisition for the designated zone and will be responsible for driving recruitment for the Sales & Sales Management Teams.
Key Deliverables :
- Closely partner with Business Leaders, Hiring Managers and BHR Leads to manage current & future recruitment needs
- Achieve monthly and annual hiring targets for the zone
- Ensure Hiring Manager & Candidate satisfaction scores are met
- Plan & execute Hiring Strategies for the Zone
- Ensure Recruitment delivery as per agreed SLAs
- Manage multiple stakeholders and build robust relationships
- Ensure adherence to systems & processes
- Monitor & analyze monthly scorecards & plan interventions
- Partner with Internal COE's like University Relations Team
- Participate in Functional Projects - Local & Regional / Digital & Social
- Manage & drive productivity of team (Third Party)
- Monitor competitive activity and drive strategies to hire top notch talent for the zone
- Manage and drive desirable outcomes from Recruiting Agencies & vendors.
Skills/ Education / Experience :
- Post Graduate/ MBA with Specialization in Human Resources / Marketing with minimum of 6-8 years of overall experience working with large MNC's.
- Atleast 2-3 years experience in Corporate Talent Acquisition with exposure to a variety of staffing sourcing channels, ATS, analytics, reporting dashboards
- Excellent Interpersonal skills and communication skills
- People Management experience and focus on developing & mentoring key talents
- Successful track record in executing talent acquisition strategies and solutions with measurable impact.
- Past experience of handling high volume ramp ups/ project based hiring with tight timelines
- Ability to navigate and deliver results in ambiguous situations
- Strong planning & prioritization skills to balance and deliver on multiple needs in a complex & dynamic business environment
