Key Result Areas (Primary Responsibilities) Overview: Handle Enterprise IT Architecture and control and govern the integration aspects of a diverse and complex application landscape facilitating seamless Digital transformation. Lead the internal and external IT development(nonfunctional) teams, setting standards and governing teams across to cover the total IT scope. Responsibilities: Financial : - Overall IT cost reduction - Control over development timeliness, efforts and costs - Cost reduction through shorter development cycles, more common usability, less rework - Overall IT TCO reduction through optimal IT Architecture aligned with business needs Customer : - Co-own and drive the Digital Transformation agenda - Business Engagement with IT - Satisfaction levels of all Internal IT Groups as a supplier - Business Engagement with IT - Balance Security compliance and user flexibility to provide secure yet user friendly IT systems Process : - Optimized and lean development processes - Co-own the IT Strategy and improve IT Service Management Process - Design, optimize and govern the System Development Lifecycle - Asses, design and implement Enterprise Architecture Standards and Programing standards - Embedment and adoption of Application Management Process across the IT team Capability : - To manage and engage a large and diverse team - Key Technical support for CIO from an Application and Architecture perspective - To exploit the Cloud model and work on introducing disruptive new technologies - Ability to evaluate new age technology options Measurable deliverables : - Scalable and optimal Architecture design and decisions as per project timelines - Optimally utilized vendor application development workforce - Software programs with high performance with &lt; 10 % rework ratio - 99.5 % Compliance to development and Testing Standards as established - 95 % Compliance to Development time frame commitments - Less than 2% Sev 1 &amp; 2 tickets due to Integration issues - 99 % Achievement to AMS SLA Standards for Sev 1 tickets - 98 % Achievement to AMS SLA Standards for Sev 2 tickets - Enterprise Architecture in compliance to Standards
