Job Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai Responsibilities: - Evaluate the risk involved in trades using methods like VaR, financial greeks, scenario analysis among others and prepare and share the summary to various related teams - Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to establish business understanding, risk limits & measurable - Daily reconciliation of trader positions with exchange data for equity, equity derivatives and index derivatives - Partnering effectively with various internal teams Qualifications: - Candidate will be part of risk management team and focus areas will Derivatives (Linear & Non linear) and structured products - Should have sound knowledge of derivatives markets, products and their pay-offs. - Exposure to structure products risk monitoring would be preferred - High degree of independence and drive required - Exceptional numerical aptitude and logical skills - Certifications like CFA/FRM is a must - Degree in CA, MBA, Accounting, Finance from a top school preferred - Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, Word a must - Familiarity with basic coding (VBA, Python etc) will be an added advantage - The ideal candidate would have 3-5 years of prior work experience in a risk management division of bank or stock broking firm - B.tech/MBA/MS from a tier 1 Institute in Quantitative subject like Mathematics, Statistics or Economics
