ABans Group - Lead - Structured Products Job Purpose : The incumbent should manage structured Products function which encompasses the following - - Set up of the structured product issuance, risk management and distribution framework from scratch : Equity Linked Products, Fixed Income Linked Structured Products, Loan Receivable /Real Estate/Alternate etc linked Products - Development of Investment Advisory driven portfolio structuring which will include: Derivative Overlay, hedges, Portfolio Optimization, Tactical trade opportunities for clients, Tax harvesting - Hands-on with Complete Lifecycle of Derivative Structured Products, viz Structuring, Issuance, Pricing and Risk Management (Vanilla, Auto-Calls, Barriers, Baskets, etc) - Developing and supporting the trading desks pricing, risk management, and P&amp;L monitoring tools. - General quantitative work, e.g., developing tools for pricing, risk management, and historical analysis; setting up and running scenarios; investigating assumptions which are used in the model; data/trade/risk analysis; investigating P&amp;L explain issues. - Liaising with control functions (Risk, Controllers) on quantitative issues pertaining to their roles. - Managing Customized Index Principal Protected Product - Actively managing Risk and Strategy of Equity Derivative/Long Short Proprietary Desk - Development of backtesting templates, creating and enhancing scripting libraries for valuation of structured products. Skills and Qualification required : - 5-8 years of work experience with leading Banks/Trading companies - Candidates should have a background (BS/MS) in mathematics, physics, or a similar quantitative field. - Dynamic approach with an positive attitude - High standards of ethics Job Location : Nariman Point, Mumbai
