Key Responsibilities - Coordinating our calendar of in-house and external events including seminars, conferences and meets. - Working on in-house marketing collateral as required - Collating monthly Departmental marketing reports as required. - Carrying out general marketing and competitor research. - Undertaking - one off- projects as required by the department head - Coordination with vendors, agencies and partners on various marketing initiatives - Implementation of the Marketing Calendar Ideal Candidate Profile : - MBA in Marketing, similar Post Graduate degree - 5-6 years experience within Marketing and exposure to both BTL as well as ATL - Self-starter, able to demonstrate high levels of initiative and motivation, and also a team player working closely with other team members - Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism in all dealings - Ability to deal with wide range of people and at all levels - Excellent communication both written and verbal - Ability to manage assigned tasks in an efficient and timely manner - Attention to detail and quality control - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
