Job Purpose: Ensure payments processing and reconciliation experience for our India BU, in keeping with departmental KPIs and SLAs Job responsibilities -&nbsp; - Accounts Payable (AP) processing within agreed SLAs - Supplier Reconciliations - Ensuring Payments are being made on the basis of Credit Terms - AP Ageing Maintenance - Accurate and timely record of credit / debit notes - Capex accounting - Ensuring achievement of KPI &amp; SLA and efficiency set for department - Circulation of Monthly reports on processing and payments - Internal Controls compliance - Statutory Audit compliance - New Process Developments/Implementation - Statutory payments as per timeline - Furnishing all the required details to Internal &amp; External Auditors Person Specifications: Qualification: - MBA/CA (Inter) / ICWA (Inter) Skills and desired experience: - 2-3 years of relevant experience, particularly of having worked in a Shared Services set-up - Microsoft Office proficiency - Working knowledge of accounting ERP - Good communication / stakeholder management skills
