Working Hours : 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM Indian Standard Time (IST)   Primary Purpose of Role :  - The Learning & Development Coordinator supports business priorities through the execution and coordination of all L&D activity for the Australian Anheuser-Busch In Bev (ABI) business, Carlton & United Breweries (CUB).   - This includes reporting and data management including management of electronic learning platform, Cornerstone LMS (Learning Management System).  - The position works closely with the Zone- Head of L&D and L&D Managers across Asia Pacific South to provide administrative support for L&D programs.   - The L&D Coordinator has a secondary responsibility to support the broader HR Operations team to provide first level process, policy and system support for end-to-end operational HR advice and services to the business.  - Zone- relates to Asia Pacific South region, comprising Australia, India, Vietnam and New Zealand.  Area of Responsibility :  Provide administrative support to L&D Managers, managing all administration of L&D programs  - Coordinate training events for central L&D programs, including venue booking, catering, participant tracking, joining instructions, preparation of materials, evaluation process and pre-work/post - work.  - Generates feedback and recommendations for program improvement to the Head of L&D and/or design team  - Manage and maintain the L&D Calendar, ensuring program details are up to date and consistent across all internal marketing/communication materials and on the portal  - Deliver excellent service to all internal and external customers, resolving problems relating to training records, administration and responding to general queries within a timely manner including management of the L&D team inbox.  Manage the LMS (Cornerstone) :   - Ensure all training records are accurate and up-to date in Cornerstone  - Set up all L&D learning programs in Cornerstone  - Provide technical assistance to employees, managers, and Capability Leads in the day-to-day use of the LMS  - Design and produce regular and ad-hoc reports from the LMS  - Managing e-learning access for all delegates, providing reports on utilisation and module progress to L&D members  - Be the Single point of contact for everything related to Cornerstone for our zone  Reporting :   - Collation and design of Zone monthly and quarterly L&D reporting pulling data from the HRIS (SAP), the LMS and from L&D/Capability leads.   E-learning :   - Create adhoc e-learning modules as required using Articulate 360 as the tool  Maintain positive relationships with the People team and be an advocate for People processes to the wider business   - Ensure service provided is meeting customer needs by maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders;
