Primary Purpose of the Role: The HR Reporting Specialist delivers high quality efficient and effective end-to-end HR Reporting services to the Australian Anheuser-Busch In Bev (ABI) business, Carlton &amp; United Breweries (CUB). The scope of services extends across Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Rewards, to meet the needs of the business, People Business Partners (BPs) and People Centre of Excellence (COEs). Accountabilities 1. Provide specialist skills in the following areas: - Strong customer focus, sharing expert knowledge of SAP, BO, VB, and macros. - Advanced people reporting &amp; analytics, to publish the people dashboards on a monthly basis. - Manage all regular reporting &amp; maintain reporting calendar &amp; standards. - Create ad-hoc reports in line with reporting standards &amp; service level agreements. - Own SAP master data accuracy reporting and address any systemic data accuracy issues. 2. The first level process, policy, and system advice for People team and the wider business - Aim to go beyond just responding to your customers' queries on People processes, policies, and systems. Use your specialist advice on SAP to support them all the way to resolution. - Ensure advice provided in a friendly, customer-focused manner and learnings are shared with wider People - ZCC team. - Where query cannot be resolved, escalate to appropriate team leader or COE specialist within agreed service level timeframe. 3. Maintain positive relationships with the People team and be an advocate for People processes to the wider business - Ensure service provided is meeting customer needs by maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders; - Take initiative to understand the priorities of the People team and advocate People cycle activities to the wider business 4. Participate in ad-hoc project work as required, including continuous process improvement - Contribute to and/or lead adhoc projects as instructed by the People team or HR Operations Manager. - Always look for ways to improve end user experience of our services through process efficiency and quality of outputs. Working Hours 7:00am - 4:00pm IST or 8:30am - 5:30pm IST Qualifications and Technical competencies required: Education &amp; Experience - Degree in Business or related discipline - Experience working within a complex corporate environment - Prior experience working with SAP, ideally HCM Skills &amp; Competencies - Excellent verbal and written English communication - The ability to adapt communication style depending on medium, audience &amp; purpose - Understands the importance of confidentiality and where HR related matters could be sensitive. - Exceptional customer orientation - always considers the customer first and will case manage queries through to resolution. - Takes initiative on the identification of issues, consulting broadly within and across teams until the root cause is identified and fixed. - Ability to prioritize workload and multi-task, working within tight deadlines. - Resilience - demonstrates strong self-belief, tenacity in the face of challenge and the ability to work under pressure - Attention to detail/ accuracy/ timeliness - strong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to deliver to deadline - Strives to exceed both quality and volume based service level agreements
