Job Purpose :

- Coordinate and Sustain the Order To Cash within GCC scope, in close collaboration with GCC and CSC teams to ensure the E2E processes are covered

- Experience in High Radius implementation ,SAP Hana

People Management of the Macro Process

- Achieve and Structurally improve the KPIs in scope of the Macro Process:

- Overdues & Commercial Losses, Payment on Time, Cashflow, Cashflow Forecast Accuracy

- Drive the continuous(efficiency) improvement initiatives and transformations for the Macro Process and implement the agreed projects according 1 YP

Main characteristics (Challenges):

- Work in a quick changing environment

- Develop all individuals within the team to achieve their full potential

- Drive standardization and increased efficiency of processes and procedures within the scope

- Regularly assess and continuously improve current ways of working

- Be connected to functional areas and other departments

- Constant balancing the search for new improved ways of working together with the sustained implementation of agreed ways of working

- Ensure full flexibility within the team to meet existing and future business needs

- Manage a team of 60 people

Education & Experience:

- University Degree - Master Degree in Economics or Finance

- 11+ years experience in the OTC/ Finance/ process

- People Management experience: at least 2-3 years of experience in managing a team of Managers ,Supervisors or Team leads

- Experience in stakeholder management with commercial function and customers

- Experience in working in an ERP environment

- Experience in End to End OTC

- Experience in High Radius implementation ,SAP Hana

- Utilities industry or Shared Services experience a plus.

- Experience with SAP financial module

- Computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project etc)
