AB InBev India is looking to hire a Sr.Manager - Procurement for its Procurement team based out of Bengaluru, India Primary Purpose of the role - - The Senior Manager-Procurement works to support the development and execution of category practices for Marketing &amp; Commercial functions including support of sourcing strategy definition, deployment and stakeholder alignment.&nbsp; - With strong category focus the Senior Manager Procurement supports the development and implementation of sourcing projects and interactions between ABI India business stakeholders, ABI India Procurement and the Global Procurement teams. Key Tasks &amp; Accountabilities - 1. Lead and look after the overall purchase and spend across Marketing &amp; Commercial functions 2. Continuously monitor and track the forecast vs actual saving and take corrective actions 3. Actively involve and engage with stakeholders for the execution of sourcing projects across Marketing &amp; Commercial functions Knowledge, Skills &amp; Attributes - Education &amp; Experience 1. UG/PG/ An MBA would be considered an asset 2. 3-5 years of experience in Procurement/Sourcing Skills &amp; Knowledge :&nbsp; 1. Procurement (Sourcing) execution including tendering 2. Negotiation, including planning and execution 3. Category market knowledge 4. IT Capability - data manipulation and analysis skills (Excel etc.) Personal Attributes :&nbsp; 1. High energy 2. Solution-oriented and positive attitude 3. Exceptional customer orientation - always considers the customer first and will case manage queries through to resolution 4. Fast-mover, quick to adapt 5.
