PURPOSE OF ROLE

Senior Manager PMO role will support the Global VP Services & Operations and GHQ Capability Leads to drive AbInbev Services & Operations Strategy. Senior Manager PMO owns, manages and improves the annual planning cycle, routine governance, effectively driving and communicating the methodology to stakeholders including global and zone teams. The role will support the leadership decision making by providing insights, identifying gaps and opportunities, and common agendas across the global S&O organization. The role will convert the ideas and strategies to clear action-based plans and ensure execution to drive the S&O organization towards its short and long term targets.

KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Coordinate the annual planning cycle 5YP, 1YP, Budgets, and Tracking & Monitoring

- Manage the governance routines for Global Services & Operations VP (e.g. weekly leadership meetings, monthly performance review meetings, workshops, strategy sessions, etc.)

- Support Global S&O Organization in strategy development and capability building by engaging internal and external stakeholders, bringing industry trends and insights

- Execute Value Creation projects by building business cases, driving investment efficiency, and ensuring financial targets are achieved

- Own the S&O Pillar of the Solutions Excellence Program and drive best practices sharing and adoption across zones

- Develop effective business intelligence routines to assemble key data across the global S&O organization to support S&O leadership in decision making

- Prepare communication and presentation materials for the S&O leadership; Closely work with CSTO's PMO team to support as required

- Manage a team of analysts effectively to deliver the above responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS

Level of educational attainment required:

- MBA or Masters in Engineering, Science, or Technology

- Previous work experience required

- 10-15 years in leadership roles

- Familiarity with Tech and Services Industry

- Proven skills in Project Management

- Experience in CPG company a plus

Language skills required :

- English (Fluent)

- IT skills required

- Microsoft Office (mandatory)

- Advanced Excel, Database skills
