AB InBev India is currently looking to hire a Compliance Senior Manager on the L&CA team(Legal and Corporate Affairs) based in Bangalore. As Compliance Senior Manager, you will report directly to Compliance Associate Director for AB InBev India.

As the AB InBev India Compliance Senior Manager, you will be responsible to:

- Act with integrity through all words and actions

- Stay up-to-date on changes to relevant laws and regulations in India and ensure that the company remains in compliance e.g. anti-corruption laws, anti-trust laws, data privacy laws, etc.

- Implement data protection and privacy programs

- Implement antitrust and competition programs

- Investigate broad and diverse allegations

- Perform third party compliance reviews

- Utilize data analysis tools and provide data driven insights to support work

- Develop and refresh policies and training

- Work cross functionally with functions outside of the L&CA team

- Take on special projects as needed

The ideal Compliance Senior Manager will have :

- Bachelor's degree in law, business, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a compliance or ethics role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex legal and regulatory issues to non-legal stakeholders

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- Fluency in English and Hindi is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus

- Professional certification in compliance, ethics, or a related field is a plus

- Must have a strong commitment to ethics and integrity

Further skills that would be helpful:

- Qualified lawyer with experience in Compliance / Investigations at a Law Firm or at a multinational company would be a plus

- In-depth knowledge of laws and regulations governing the alcohol industry in India

- Experience at a company with major, consumer-facing brands is helpful

- Experience in beverage/brewing or another highly regulated industry would be a plus
