Primary Purpose of the role : - Analyzing customer data to identify revenue opportunities. - Tracking & maintaining data sanity across reporting portfolio. - Build a holistic understanding of our users through data mining and external research. - Be the key problem solver including ideation and testing solutions. - Build a robust measurement methodology including attribution models and evaluation criteria. - Develop dashboards that provide insights and visualization into the publisher and channel performance relative to KPIs, projections, and historical performance. - Help redefining operations programs & processes, contract negotiations, development of system/tools, deal analysis & reporting, forecasting & planning models. - Present findings to senior management to drive business decisions Use tools & platforms like Power BI, R, Azure Data Factory/Synapse, Excel etc to work efficiently at scale. - Driving operational excellence by using data and analytics to drive visibility, insights and actions to facilitate decision making in sourcing and supply chain functions. - Drive efficiency by automating the manual process across the organization. - Driving excellence in finance, marketing, service operations, commercial and risk functions using advanced data & analytics capabilities. - Lead all data related activities (data discovery and organization on SQL/Big data stack, cleansing and data prep) to support development of new data science approaches and methodologies to improve operations and business outcomes. - Lead program management, including operationalization of analytic methods and products in functional settings, and drive agile development of new methods and capabilities. - Ensure customer adoption & drive consumption of analytics, and maximize usage and use of analytics with customers - Maintain effective working relationship with business leaders, stakeholders, users and partners to integrate programs into overall strategic objectives. - Conduct project reviews, feasibility, prioritization, initiation, execution, user acceptance, operationalization for all project work related to the data science program(s). Key tasks and accountabilities : 1. Demand Management - Responsible for meeting business process owners and ensure assessment study is completed as per project timelines. - Responsible for developing functional requirement specification for the system as per the business requirements and hands over the same to development team. 2. Project Management - Responsible for making project plans for new projects/systems and ensuring that the project is executed within budget allocated. 3. Operations - Responsible for meeting business process owners and ensure relevant support is in place to run the BI landscape - Has fair knowledge on IT infrastructure and BI support process of handling service requests (both technical and Functional). Ability to efficiently set and improve on process for service delivery team 4. Tool / Process Trainings - Responsible for imparting training/ refresher training for BI Required Knowledge, Skills & Attributes : - Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, skills in structured problem solving and analysis - Financial and commercial acumen and ability to deliver insights with impact. - Ability to work with a multi-disciplined team including supply chain, solutions, manufacturing, external vendors etc. - Proficiency with multiple analytics and database tools - Strong data visualization skills. - Experienced in creating dashboard reporting in visualization tools - Strong program / project management skill Education & Experience : - Graduate |Post Graduate in Engineering, Computer Science | Math, Statistics, or equivalent degrees from well-known institutes - Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Automation, Data Management, Business Intelligence or Data Analytics - Minimum 7 years of functional experience with some/any of the following functions such as Finance, Supply, Sales & Marketing Personal Attributes : 1.
