AB InBev India is looking to hire a Sr.Manager - Better World based out of Bengaluru, India Primary Purpose of the role : As the world's largest and by far the biggest alcoholic beverages manufacturer, we have a unique opportunity to create sustainable positive impact to the world we live in and operate. Creating a Better World for the consumers, customers and our stakeholders. Key Tasks & Accountabilities : 1. Managing and implementing programmes related to Organisation's Better World objectives including : - Driving agricultural productivity for farmers - Improving access to clean and potable water - Reducing the ill effects of alcohol - Working with local communities and government bodies in driving responsible alcohol drinking 2. Coordinating and working closely with the Global and Regional teams at AB InBev on developing the strategy that underpin the Better World objectives 3. Working closely with the internal stakeholders to develop a sustainable and scalable action plan for execution. 4. Leading and monitoring programmes led by cross functional teams 5. Working closely with external partners including Government bodies, NGOs, other quasi- governmental bodies in budgeting, executing, monitoring and carrying out due-diligence of various programmes 6. Championing and following all AB InBev policies relating to responsible marketing of beer including Policy on Commercial Communication 7. Working closely with the communications team in creating awareness and publicity of the various programmes Knowledge, Skills & Attributes : Education & Experience : 1. UG/PG/ An MBA would be considered an asset 2. Experience in managing a similar role in an organization known for its CSR and Communication initiatives at a senior level will be highly regarded Personal Attributes : 1. High energy 2.
