Job Title: Senior Analyst - PDC
Location: Bangalore
Reporting to: Manager - PDC (People Master Data Cell)
1. Purpose of the role:
The primary objective of the position is to handle and support all Master Data process of H2R activities, generate confidential documents for employees applicable & Perform Projects in improvement areas and controls from GCC. The position will also be responsible for driving Key Responsible Areas KPIs with Data Quality Initiatives
- Responsible for deliverables in Workday module - Core HCM, People master data changes, Letter Generation, first point of contact for employee queries
- Ensure requests pertaining to the Business are accurately and timely processed in accordance with adhered SLA
- Involved in trainings, KT sessions to adopt the new ways of working and help team members when required.
- Identify the gaps in existing process and propose improved ways of working / automations/data quality
- Should work towards standardizing of the process and add value to the existing role.
- Delivers consistent results within the scope of responsibilities
- Problem solving attitude with RCA, Recommendation and fix in Workday/SAP/Other systems of Master Data
- Should be open to Growth Mindset and involve in Transformation/Improvement Projects
- Responsible and accountable to meet Business KPIs and Accuracy with meeting deadlines
- Perform Control and Governance with highly confidentiality of Data
- Develops strong network within the tower and with key stakeholders by leading Weekly/Bi Weekly Reviews (People Business Partners, Operations Leaders Directors/Managers, Key POCs in Zone)
2. Key tasks & accountabilities:
Handling People Master data with high sensitivity and provide support and drive projects with MDM team.
- To be able to resolve the issues for the H2R process in MDM and drive Data Quality initiatives with minimum impact to Business and People Cycle
- Excel and Power BI(good to have) expertise to create self-serviceable dashboards to provide meaningful and actionable inputs to the Business
- Drive KPIs and SLA improvement to showcase what went well, what gaps exist and what can we do to close these gaps (Root Cause Analysis)
- Working with multiple data sources like Workday, SAP HCM, other MDM tools
3. Qualifications, Experience, Skills:
- Bachelors or Master's in business management preferably in HR/Finance
- Preferred to have WorkDay/HRIS system & SAP Knowledge
- 2-5 Years of overall experience in Master Data, H2R Process, MDM Tools
- Excellent communication skills and Stakeholder Management
IT skills required:
- Work-Day Expertise for H2R Process, generating Letters
- SAP Expertise - Hands on experience to perform analysis for ongoing issues and fix
- Intermediate/Advanced Word, Excel and Presentations Skills required
Other Skills required:
- Prior Workday People MDM and Query handling for H2R Process highly desired
- Experience in a shared services HR environment with strong knowledge in People Master Data changes and Problem solving with Knowledge of Controls and Governances
- Demonstrate ability to take new challenges and achieve results in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Strong verbal and written communications skills with Key Stakeholder Management
Primary Responsibilities:
