Job Title: Senior Analyst- NAZ Payroll

Location: Bangalore

Reporting to: Associate Manager

1. Purpose of the role

- The position reports directly to the Manager - WOD Payroll, working closely to ensure timely payroll processing, collaborate with Business Partners regularly to ensure minimum pay errors, identify process gaps, implement projects and ensure 99.6% payroll accuracy result for the assigned location Month on Month.

2. Key tasks & accountabilities

- Hands on Experience in SAP module - Human Resource and Payroll.

- Ensure requests pertaining to the Business are accurately and timely processed in accordance with adhered SLA.

- Involved in trainings, KT sessions to adopt the new ways of working and help team members when required.

- Identify the gaps in existing process and propose improved ways of working / automations.

- Should work towards standardizing of the process and add value to the existing role.

- Delivers consistent results within the scope of responsibilities.

- Should be open to Growth Mindset and involve in Engagement activities.

- Responsible and accountable to meet SLA & business KPIs

- Develops strong network within the tower and with key stakeholders

3. Qualifications, Experience, Skills:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Management

- Previous work experience required:

- Require 2-5 Years of overall experience

- Prior SAP Payroll / HR Operations experience highly desired

- Experience in a shared services HR environment

Language skills required:

- English (Fluent)

- Strong verbal and written communications skills

IT skills required:

- SAP Expertise in Human Resource and Payroll.

- Intermediate/Advanced Word, Excel and Presentations Skills required
