Job Responsibilities :   1. Driving operations & managing the sales team to achieve targets   2. Discount Management- Ensure planning as per the process and manage costs efficiently  3. Lead & track commercial KPIs like : Volume, Execution Score, Coverage, Net Revenue etc.  2. Build, monitor & execute promotional plans to ensure AB InBev has the strongest promotional participation across categories & outperforms the competition across all key commercial metrics  3. Develop and execute effective outlet execution and trade/consumer promotions along with the Trade Marketing team  4. Deliver specific brand distribution and mix across the consumer point of contacts  5. Develop and execute targeted sales drives in line with ABI Growth Strategy  6. Develop a strong network of working relationships across the ledger from Head Office, Area Managers, CISP and on ground sales force across accounts  Education:  MBA from a Top Tier School (Batch 2009 to 2013)   Experience :  4-8 years of experience in sales in an FMCG/Alco Bev company   Competencies:   1.Strong track record of delivering results with major customers  2.Strong numerical, verbal and technical skill base - particularly negotiation & selling  3.Creative, commercial and hungry to learn and succeed  4.Passionate about our brands and beer  5.Previous sales experience as Sales Manager or Area Manager, preferably from an FMCG co, although not essential  6.Flair and confidence to strike up new relationships and manage already existing ones  Fluency in Kannada (Speaking & Understanding) MUST
