1. PURPOSE OF ROLE
The product Owner is responsible for delivering high value Celonis products to our customer. He/She/They are to become an integral part of the scrum team and represent business user.
- This role works closely with the business and business leaders to support and implement high-quality Celonis products in an agile manner
- The role asks to be a crucial point of communication between stakeholders and development team
- The role requires experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, and Inventory Management. Detailed knowledge in Order Management / OTC (ORDER TO CASH) is an advantage
- The role demands a deep understanding of how to plan, implement and sustain business process change through Process Mining and Analytics
- The role needs understanding in Agile ways of working, following all ceremonies within the Squad
- Key qualities required are Stakeholder management, design thinking, ability to break requirement into user-stories to deliver incremental value
- Focus on driving the business value from each of Celonis products and helping operations to plan for 1YP (1 Year Plan) / 3 YP
2. KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Supervise and advise the scrum team to meet product expectations
- Nurture ideas and solutions to existing customer problems
- Communicate effectively with team members to achieve project goals
- Extract and retrieve information and data sets to improve upon product
- Determine roadmaps for products in the creation phase
- Work closely with the scrum team throughout the development process
- Schedule and lead meetings to identify issues and fixes for projects
- Liaise at VP/Director level to drive results
- Align reporting transformation requirements with Zone/BU
- Prioritize tasks using McKinsey matrix, setting expectations, and building as per time frame following Agile
- Study processes across Countries and focus on building Products which are standardized across Countries
- Interconnect datasets across cross functional teams and bring out analytics to find opportunities for Volume growth
- Create models to do post-mortem analysis on what worked and what we can do better in future,
- Understand requirements of BU's/Countries and cascade the information to the team, planning framework and help team function as per planned process
- Follow Best Practices within Command Center to drive transformation which is aligned as per the Principles of Command Center
- Develop business-friendly presentations, transforming thoughts into key actions for business and showing the model to justify recommendations
- Understand Business cycle -1YP, 3YP (3 Year Plan) & leveraging team to provide analysis
- Assertive in communication and interact with cross functional teams to get data that helps strengthen analytics
3. BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT
Main Characteristics:
- This is a role in Finance side of Command Center and requires comfort with working in cross zonal/functional teams. Role requires to work in collaborative manner with Zone/BU/Country heads, and development team in CC.
- Work with Zone/BU to understand their business problems, utilize data across Brewdat /Data Lake to provide process mining insights and build dashboards that directly enhance decision making process

Geographic Scope :
Global: EUR, NAZ, APAC & AFR with future extension to more Zones
Challenges:
- Primary challenges include identifying the requirements from zone and communicating effectively to development teams
- Working with multiple zones and best practise sharing
- Wearing multiple hats for different zones/products and ensuring timely delivery
4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS
- Level of educational attainment required:
- Engineering/MBA Graduate/Bachelors/Other Graduate/master's degree
- Professional qualifications and accreditations/memberships required:
- 7-11 years' experience in Logistics, Order Management, OTC, Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Good functional knowledge in Logistics & Supply Chain
- Beginner level understanding of ERP Systems (SAP, SYSPRO) & data analytics
- People management & strategic consulting
- Project management, excellent interpersonal skills
