Process Optimization Analyst is responsible for driving Automations through innovative methods (VBA Macros) in the Global PSS
The objective of this job is to:
1. Work closely with Business process Leads & managers to identify process challeneges
2. Find scope of improvements within their processes and work on improvement plan using VBA automations
3. Identify automation possibilities and automating reports in an efficient way
4. Ensure to deliver the Automation project within the timeline
5. Work closely with colleagues in the same department to identify solution and implement best practise across PSS to improve existing processes
6. Generate HC savings through Process optimisation
7. Drive standard business processes across Global PSS
8. Troubleshoot existing macros in case of errors
9. Query report from Database servers
10. Be able to write bug free macros
11. Support Continuous Improvement efforts
Experience & Technical competencies: (Job related)
1. Minimum 4-7 years of working experience in the related field (especially in Procurement / supply chain hands-on Process Automation) is required for this position
2. Good interpersonal skills
3. Logical thinking, Proactive approach, very good Analytical skills, eye for details & results oriented
4. Must know how to code VBA macros. Having knowledge/experience with SQL queries
5. Good communication skills (verbal and written) - Communicate effectively (conveying information and ideas in a clear, meaningful, and timely manner) providing information to ensure understanding; solicit inputs and have candid conversations
