1. PURPOSE OF ROLE

The FTE would be responsible for managing end to end Tier 1 techno-functional support on People tools. Work on contact model setup for MDM core functionalities. The person will be responsible to provide support on employee queries in Hire to Retire process from and Click and Workday perspective. Will be responsible to support zone Product Owner on stabilizing workday processes and providing key insights in decision making. Will work on updating & maintaining the knowledge portals to enhance employee experience. Responsible to analyze end user feedback and identify gaps and solutions to improve employee experience.

2. KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Resolving tickets regarding Hire to Retire process issues

- Answering data and functionality related queries

- Weekly/ Daily governance with technical & projects team

- Analyzing issues and requests raised and prioritizing based on the impact

- Performing UAT for BAU related bug fix/Project related changes

- Attend the routines setup - Scrum call, Weekly/Bi-weekly with Zones

- Study the ticket trends and propose the improvements to Process owner

- Identify gaps and propose changes to improve contact model

- Providing gap analysis on Adoption report to POs and collaborating with MD team to close gaps on manual changes

- Create test data for UAT support

- Explore scope to support other countries

- Reporting analysis (adoption report, NPS report, time-in-step report)

- Updating of training material & Coaching countries

- Attend to live chat queries on Workday & Click Support issues

- Analyze and provide insights and improvements to increase Employee Experience

- Own and Run HR core MDM processes

- Knowledge in end to end HR process in SAP and Workday

3. SKILLS

- Experience in HR Master Data Management

- Proven experience of handling stakeholders

- End to End knowledge on core Master data processes (Hire to Retire)

- Experience on handling tickets

- Excel skills

- Analytical skills

- Power Points Presentation Skills

- Fluent in English - oral and written

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - 360-

- Knowledge of Azure/ Qlik Sense is a plus

- Familiar with Agile Methodology
