The scope of advice and services extends across Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Rewards, and the employee life cycle ( hire to retire process), to meet the needs of the business, People Business Partners (BPs) and People Centres of Excellence (COEs).  Role Responsibilities:  1. Reliable, accurate and timely administrative support to all operational HR processes across the employee lifecycle ( hire to retire ) process in line with service level agreements.  - Contract generation for new hires & employee changes - first time right.  - SAP HR transactions & data management, ensuring high level of data accuracy  - Position and organisational management in SAP  - Employee letter generation - parental leave, confirmation of employment, incentive program & merit review outcomes.  - In consultation with the Org Management Specialist, support People Business Partners to manage organizational restructures (incl. contracts, system changes and connecting other business areas to avoid disruption to business operations)  2. First level process, policy, and system advice for People team and wider business   - Aim to go beyond just responding to your customer's queries on People processes, policies, and systems. Use your specialist advice on SAP, L&D, Rewards, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition and People Excellence Program to support them all the way to resolution.   - Ensure advice provided in a friendly, customer-focused manner and learnings are shared with wider People - ZCC team.  - Where query cannot be resolved, escalate to appropriate team leader or COE specialist within agreed service level timeframe.  3. Provide regular and ad-hoc HR reports   - Provide monthly service level agreement and/or performance reports  - Create ad-hoc reports in line with reporting standards & service level agreements.  Provide specialist skills in at least one of the following areas :  4. Reporting & Data Accuracy :   - Advanced people reporting & analytics, coordinating monthly performance reporting across the team.  - Manage all regular reporting & maintain reporting calendar & standards.  - Own SAP master data accuracy reporting and address any systemic data accuracy issues.  Contracts & Global Mobility :   - Specialist in standard and non-standard contract terms.   - Ensure currency of contract templates in line with legislative environment & People policies  - Maintain relevance of clause library, ensuring any non-standard clauses are approved by the Legal team.  - Specialist in global mobility, the point of contact for global team and payroll.  Excellence Program :   - Measure internal process adherence & effectiveness and where needed, drive initiatives to improve processes.  - Maintain currency and ease of use of all process documentation and SOPs  5. Maintain positive relationships with the People team and be an advocate for People processes to the wider business   - Ensure service provided is meeting customer needs by maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders;   - Take initiative to understand the priorities of the People team and advocate People cycle activities to the wider business  6. Participate in ad-hoc project work as required, including continuous process improvement  - Contribute to and/or lead ad-hoc projects as instructed by the People team or Team Leader.   - Always look for ways to improve end user experience of our services through process efficiency and quality of outputs.  Education level and/ or experience :  - Degree qualified in Business or related discipline  - Experience working within complex corporate environment  - Must have prior experience working with SAP, ideally HCM   - Intermediate MS Word, Excel, Office and PowerPoint skills  Skills and/or knowledge :   - Excellent verbal and written English communication  - The ability to adapt communication style depending on medium, audience & purpose  - Understands the importance of confidentiality and where HR related matters could be sensitive.  - Exceptional customer orientation - always considers the customer first and will case manage queries through to resolution.  - Takes initiative on the identification of issues, consulting broadly within and across teams until the root cause is identified and fixed.  - Ability to prioritize workload and multi-task, working within tight deadlines.  - Resilience - demonstrates strong self-belief, tenacity in the face of challenge and the ability to work under pressure  - Attention to detail/ accuracy/ timeliness - strong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to deliver to deadline  Other requirements :   - Friendly and helpful disposition  - Strives to exceed both quality and volume based service level agreements
