Primary Purpose of the role The People Operations Specialist delivers high quality efficient and effective end-to-end operational HR advice and services. The key output of this role is to deliver timely, accurate and insightful data drawn from People Master data stored in HR and Payroll systems. Key Tasks &amp; Accountabilities 1. Reliable, accurate and timely reporting and analysis within and outside of the People Operations team a. Work with the business to design and deliver meaningful People reporting b. Work with datasets to draw trends, analysis and insights, forming recommendations on service levels, people process adoption, and demographic data including headcount, gender, and diversity etc. c. Advanced people reporting &amp; analytics, coordinating monthly performance reporting across the team. d. Manage all regular reporting &amp; maintain reporting calendar &amp; standards. e. Own SAP master data accuracy reporting and address any systemic data accuracy issues. f. Where master data is stored in multiple systems, design reporting and processes to ensure consistency and accuracy. Ensure that the SLA's are met as per agreement with other business counterparts 2. First level process, policy and system advice for People team and wider business a. Ensure compliance with business principles, AB InBev policies and SLAs b. Aim to go beyond just responding to your customers queries on People processes, policies and systems. Use your specialist advice on SAP, L&amp;D, Rewards, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition and People Excellence Program to support them all the way to resolution c. Ensure advice provided in friendly, customer-focused manner and learnings are shared with wider People Team d. Where query cannot be resolved, escalate to appropriate team leader or COE specialist within agreed service level timeframe 3. Maintain positive relationships with the People team and be an advocate for People processes to the wider business a. Ensure service provided is meeting customer needs by maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders; b. Take initiative to understand the priorities of the People team and advocate People cycle activities to the wider business 4. Participate in adhoc project work as required, including continuous process improvement a. Contribute to and/or lead adhoc projects as instructed by the People team or Team Leader b. Always look for ways to improve end user experience of our services through process efficiency and quality of outputs Required Knowledge, Skills &amp; Attributes Education &amp; Experience 1. Degree qualified in Business or related discipline 2. Experience working within complex corporate environment 3. Advanced Excel skills including ability to create meaningful displays of data sets 4. Must have prior experience working with SAP, ideally HCM 5. Intermediate MS Word, Office and PowerPoint skills Skills &amp; Knowledge 1. Excellent verbal and written English communication 2. Strong numerical literacy, and ability to understand trends and patterns in data 3. The ability to adapt communication style depending on medium, audience &amp; purpose 4. Understands importance of confidentiality and where HR related matters could be sensitive. 5. Exceptional customer orientation - always considers the customer first and will case manage queries through to resolution 6. Takes initiative on the identification of issues, consulting broadly within and across teams until root cause is identified and fixed 7. Ability to prioritise workload and multi-task, working within tight deadlines 8.
