Primary Purpose of the role : - To manage a company's liquidity and to mitigate its financial and operational risk. Stake holder (Internal and External) management & optimum utilisation of cash. Key Tasks & Accountabilities : - Manages treasury function, including meeting short and long-term funding needs. - Determines appropriate capital structure. - Understands how regulatory reform will impact the business and helps ensure the business is best positioned to respond. - Manages aspects of risk through accounting, audit, planning, and treasury functions - Cash flow management, Hedging, FX payments. - Well versed with RBI & FEMA guidelines. - Money market. WCDL management. LC& BG. Education & Experience : - B.COM/BBA/MBA/CA - 4-5 years of experience in finance and treasury . Personal Attributes 1. High energy 2.
