The role holder is responsible for the roll-out and implementation of technical learning and development initiatives/ programs for Supply and Logistics 2. Effective communication, support in program design and implementation, program plan/schedule preparation and implementation, training effectiveness measurement, reporting, for such technical learning programs designed for Supply and Logistics Key current initiatives: 1. The role holder is responsible for the India specific customization and design support, roll-out, implementation, assessment, and audit for the global Skills Acquisition Program - SKAP for associates (operators) 2. Anchor the India specific implementation of specific Zone technical programs for Supply and Logistics such as Zone Brewers Program 3. Support/ anchor the creation of detailed technical competency dictionaries and assessment guides for Supply and Logistics in line with the global competency framework In addition to the key responsibilities and initiatives, the role holder should also support the BU L&D in ensuring adherence from the business on various non-technical Learning and Development programs and initiatives Job Qualifications: 1. MBA in HR from a premiere B School 2. Minimum of 3-6 years experience in Human Resources with at least 2 years of experience in Learning & Development 3. Fair understanding of all people areas, excellent understanding and strong background in staffing and very good stakeholder management skills Skills/Knowledge: 1. Exceptional Organizational & Time Management Skills 2. Ability to lead and inspire people 3. Good commercial acumen 4. High level of communication and interpersonal skills 5.
