Come, accept the challenge! &nbsp; Primary Purpose of the role : Manager - Talent Attraction and Learning &amp; Development role extends across Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition to meet the needs of the business, People Business Partners (BPs) and People Centre of Excellence (COEs). Key Tasks &amp; Accountabilities : 1. Talent Attraction a. Hire people better than ourselves by owning lateral recruitment for the entire BU b. Work with People Partners to manage the Recruitment Data and process c. Ensuring great candidate experience through the consistent process throughout d. Identification and management of different avenues of talent attraction including IJPs &amp; Employee Referrals e. Supporting campus recruitment by liasoning with the zone 2. Learning &amp; Development : a. Planning smooth culture integration of new employees in the organization including Monthly Corporate Induction b. Identify and plan new learning initiatives for the business unit, like Lunch &amp; Learn c. Coordinate with CoE team for planning &amp; execution of annual L&amp;D initiatives 3. Reliable, accurate and timely reporting and analysis : a. Work with the business to design and deliver meaningful reporting b. Work with datasets to draw trends, analysis and insights, forming recommendations on service levels, people process adoption, and demographic data including headcount, gender, and diversity etc Required Knowledge, Skills &amp; Attributes : Education &amp; Experience : &nbsp; 1. MBA in HR 2. Prior experience working with TA (lateral and campus recruitment) and L&amp;D Skills &amp; Knowledge : 1. Efficiency in MS Word, Excel, Office and PowerPoint skills 2. Excellent verbal and written English communication 3. The ability to adapt communication style depending on medium, audience &amp; purpose 4.
