AB InBev India is looking to hire a Manager - Reporting &amp; Internal Controls for its Finance team based out of Bengaluru, India Primary Purpose of the role Ensuring accurate and timely Group reporting, completion of Statutory Audit. Responsible for timely &amp; accurate Trial Balances, day-to-day financial control at the hub, Balance sheet reconciliations and related management reporting for the Country &amp; to the Group Key Tasks &amp; Accountabilities -&nbsp; 1. Ensure General Ledger Management and periodic Reconciliation a. General Ledger: Responsible for the management of the General Ledgers in all locations within the region ensuring that the trial balance provides an accurate and timely information b. Timely closure of books of accounts c. Ensure oversight over accuracy of day-to-day accounting at the Hub office and Breweries. d. Account reconciliations as per the global policy and define action points and act on it within timelines 2. IFRS &amp; IGAAP Audit a. Liaise with the external auditors and in-house Shared Service teams for completion of IFRS and IGAAP Audit within given timeline b. Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standard and IFRS for reporting purpose 3. Group Reporting a. Consolidation of Monthly Profit &amp; Loss statement, Balance Sheet and ensuring accurate reporting into the Group Reporting Tool b. Support resolution of Group queries c. Liaison with global teams and maintain no reconciliations gaps d. Help functional teams with actual spends as and when required 4. Projects a. Work with other functional department on project basis to provide necessary support on financial analysis Required Knowledge, Skills &amp; Attributes Education &amp; Experience a. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting or Economics. CA (First attempt) or MBA from a reputed business school b. 2-3 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit (SOX Audit experience preferred) Skills &amp; Knowledge a. Well versed with SAP, MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint b. High level of energy and ability to energize other, openness and passion for improving processes Personal Attributes a. High energy b.
