While we have big brands, we have bigger opportunities as well. - AB InBev India is looking to hire a Manager (PPM) - Sustainability & Agriculture for its Procurement function based out of Bangalore. Primary Purpose of the role: - Manage overall PPM for sustainability and agriculture. Will have ownership for all internal and external reporting processes inclusive of data consolidation, validation, reporting, project tracking & monitoring etc. Key Tasks & Accountabilities: 1.Program management - Smart Barley implementation in agro team (incl. data completeness, reporting, data validation) - Lead Anaplan reporting on all sustainability pillars - Budget tracking and monitoring incl. all payments to partners/vendors across sustainability and agriculture - Run monthly reporting cycle with both internal and external stakeholders. This will include all internal reporting to zone and global in addition to governance mechanism with external partners - SPOC for all sustainability reporting activities (BU/Zone/Global) - Internal and External - Overall budget management of the program - Drive, develop and foster strong ABI culture of continuous improvement within Agro Team. 2.Internal relationship management Ensuring integrated working with all relevant functions (incl. supply, marketing etc.) by running cross function PMOs Collaborate with the legal and corporate affairs team on a continuous basis to understand legal compliance and its impact to the business - Subsequently work with internal and external legal support for filing and managing of Agro operations in the country 3.Procurement Process - Consolidation of all agro procurement reports incl. management of all vendor payments during agro procurement cycle Required Knowledge, Skills & Attributes : Education & Experience : - MBA - 3+ year work experience, will be preferred - Experience of having worked in PPM role/managing teams will be preferred Skills and knowledge: - Having a keen eye on the latest innovations and breakthroughs affecting our supply chain efficiency - Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and presentation - Strong problem solving and analytical skills - Strong people skills and ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders with a change-agent mindset - Ability to differentiate between conflicting priorities and issues to identify underlying causes - Networking skills in terms of connections in start-up communities/accelerators is preferred - Prior experience in sustainability / external stakeholder engagement / knowledge of plant operations and supply chain is preferred - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and assess priorities effectively - Consistently attribute company values in all interactions with associates and customers - Essential computer operating skills - including MS-Office applications and most importantly an eye for detail in creative-creation Personal Attributes : 1.
