Job Title: Manager - Master Data Management

Job Location: Bangalore, India

Job Purpose:

This role is for a Functional Lead for Customer, Vendor, Materials, Finished goods, Pricing master across zones ( Europe, North America & Latin America South) and responsible for:

- Identify enablers / process improvements to deliver operational performance within GCC / Zones to deliver against agreed SLA's & KPI- s, driving improvements where required

- Integrate Analytics into operations to give insights to the Management to take decisions

- Drive projects to bring in business value and efficiencies

- Identify opportunities for transformation of the MDM process and collaborate with the zones to implement the same

- Manage the day to day operations in Materials Master Data, deliver and report SLAs, participate in the monthly, weekly client reviews

Desired Skills and Experience:

- 11 to 16 years of relevant experience in any Finance and Accounts domain

- In-depth knowledge about the end to end Finance and Accounts domain (ATR, PTP, OTC, MDM, FPNA etc)

- Strong interpersonal, communication skills and stakeholder management skills

- Strong analytical skills

- Ability to manage operations independently and should be able to take quick decisions

- Ability to handle complex situations and work under pressure and on short timelines

- Ability to collaborate with several teams and stakeholders and come to a consensus of the project deliverables

- Ability to identify the gaps in the current process and fix them with a sustainable solution

- Ability to handle people at team lead positions and should be able to mentor and coach them

- Ability to set high goals for self and team and help the teams to grow in the organisation

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for managing the day to day operations in Master Data teams across zones

- Drive monthly operations governance with stakeholders across zones

- Drive continuous improvement resulting in FTE savings and enhancing the quality of service

- Adapt best practices across industries and reengineer the process to suit the best in class

- Responsible to integrate analytics into operations to give meaningful insights to Management to take decisions

- Built a strong employee engagement plan and drive to across the teams to enhance the culture of the team

- Coach and mentor people and help them achieve their short and long terms goals

- Drive projects which can help in saving costs or increase revenue in the organisation

What are we looking for:

Skills Required (Mandate)

- Experience between 11 to 15 Years

- Communication should be excellent (presentable in terms of comm and approach)

- Minimum 6 to 7 years of experience in handling people (Lead people)

- Minimum 6 to 7 years of experience in Stake Holder management

- People Management (Attrition Rate on senior people )

- Achievements to improve transition.
