Beer, the original social network, has been bringing people together for thousands of years and our portfolio of well over 200 beer brands continues to forge strong connections with consumers.  This includes global brands Budweiser, Corona, Stella Artois, Fosters, VB, Becks, Leffe, Hoegaarden and local champions Bud Light, Skol, Brahma, Antarctica, Quilmes, Victoria, Modelo Especial, Michelob Ultra, Harbin, Sedrin, Klinskoye, Sibirskaya Korona, Chernigivske, Cass, and Jupiler.  Job Description:  - Conduct periodical process reviews across AB InBev entities to ensure compliance with global control requirements and redesign processes / implement new processes in case of gaps  - Monitor finance and commercial projects (Finance Excellence Program, Commercial Investment Optimization) to enhance finance control  - Drive minimum internal control standards (MICS) across all business functions in India and validate these controls (SOX and Non-SOX) periodically   - Custodian for DAG (Delegation of Authority Guidelines) and ensure its compliance across all business functions  - Roll-Out internal control policies and procedures across AB InBev entities in India ensuring standardization and implementation  - Conduct process special reviews or investigations basis management request  Ideal Candidate:  - Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting or Economics + CA (First attempt) or MBA from a reputed business school  - 1-2 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit / IFC Audit (SOX Audit experience preferred)   - Well versed with SAP, MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint  - High level of energy and ability to energize other, openness and passion for improving processes  - Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate across multiple functions, and to different levels of management  - Highest degree of integrity, ethical conduct, professionalism and discretion required  - Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, and complete attention to detail   - A focused, detailed and disciplined approach to tasks
