AB InBev - Head - Business Finance

The role will deliver on the following:

1. Owning ZBB Targets , Cash Flow Stability , Statutory and Internal Audit compliance targets are not only achieved but also bettered Year over Year

2. Working on Global CFO Reviews of Business Segments - GCC, Analytics , Business Transformation to reflect on Performance review (Budgets, Actual, Forecast) and drive scope for improvement in P&L

3. Developing framework to measure success of the centers using metrics like cost per head, Cross charge per head, forecast accuracy so that decisions are backed by data

4. Measuring ROI on Capex and increased investments in the GCC center- Structured treasury function to optimize cash balances in India entities

5. Heading a team for directing end-to-end financial planning & analysis activities globally across all geographies, Biz & Delivery Units while reporting directly to the Global CFO

6. Working in close coordination with the Top Management/Leadership Team and front-leading end-to-end budgeting, forecasting and performance management tracking activities

7. Steering variance analysis (actual vs. budgeted expenses) & delivering financial & analytical support to all levels of management
