Manager L&D (Bangalore candidates only- Onsite opportunity) Job Title : Manager - Learning & Development CoE Location : Bangalore GCC Reporting to : Senior Manager - People Continuity, GHQ People Team Purpose Of Role : The role is strategic and will manage the following streams in the L&D function: - Learning Design & Development: Design and development of learning experiences that facilitate the retention and application of knowledge across our different businesses. - Learning Technology Management: Define and implement the digital learning strategy through understanding of learning platforms and tools, and their use to address learning needs of the business Learning Delivery Management : The role will be accountable for setting strategic direction and collaborate on delivery with the Delivery Ops : - Defining and achieving strategic priorities for the year within the budget - Deliver best in class Learner Experience by collaborating with business and the delivery partners - Project Manage the E2E Learning Experience - Project Routines, Steerco's, Reporting - Define clear success metrics with the right KPI's and SLA's - Stakeholder management - Collaborate across teams & all levels of the organization Key Tasks And Accountabilities : Strategic : - Design & Solution to solve Business problems with L&D service offering, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and parity with industrial best practices. - Conducting effective training needs analysis utilizing the available data insights, business requirements etc. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, establishing credibility as a partner to the business, add value and grow the service. - Utilize internal forums to share best practices, deliver efficiencies, and ensure sustainability of service through upskilling and cross-skilling of team members. - Collaboration - guiding delivery ops Responsibilities : - Create and execute learning strategies and programs - Evaluate individual and organizational development needs - Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training) - Design e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings - Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities - Define the methodology for high impact digital learning - Lead the design and curation (through direct team and vendors) of digital learning experiences. - Create governance structures to enable decentralized (employee driven) authoring and curation of content, while ensuring maximum relevance and quality. - Take a data-driven approach - needs identification, evaluation and decision making. - Partner with L&D Ops and Analytics to establish clear KPI's and repeatable dashboards; proactively share insights and actions. - Effectively plan and manage budgets, resources, vendors and partners to achieve exceptional results. - Business development & growth through proper pipeline management, internal brand creation and awareness building - Manage stakeholder reviews, implement feedback and obtain signoffs throughout development cycle - Manage L&D Budget and ensure pipeline of new work to grow team and meet value creation KPIs - Monitor & Improve SLAs/KPIs and present to stakeholders on monthly process performance review meetings Business Environment : - The position demands high levels of accountability, agility, and diligence in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Product development experience;
