Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in marketing for an IT organization with 3+ years of experience in a senior marketing leadership role
- Experience in creating and executing marketing programs and initiatives in a mid-sized organization. This must include managing events and tradeshows.
- Should possess outstanding communication skills with experience leading small teams
- Candidates must have a successful track record of managing and executing programs with cross-functional virtual teams globally across time zones.
- Experience with digital strategy, including ad-tech, landing pages, analytics, nurture, podcasts, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with great intuition for bold and creative messaging for promotional content (such as ads, social media posts, videos, etc.). Must be able to guide the team on the content mix needed to support the campaign.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and flexibility to work effectively with people at all levels
- Proven ability to navigate a complex matrixed org structure to build consensus around ideas and plans
- Strong analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to leverage data to drive strategy and decision-making
- A strong command of the English Language with the ability to write copy for an international audience
Nice to have:
- Experience in working in an IT Services organization that focuses on Low-Code or Business Process Management Platforms
- Experience in working with Pega or OutSystems
