Aarti Steels - Senior Manager/Assistant General Manager - Maintenance

- To ensure the best health of equipment by having regular Preventive planned maintenance activities.

- To develop and implement an equipment-wise PM schedule.

- Identify and update min. stock requirement for spares.

- Spares procurement.

- Plan & execute shutdown activities within the preplanned time schedule.

- Training subordinates down the line for best maintenance practices.

- Should improve overall maintenance standards as well as maintenance costs.

- Job planning with the operation department as per priority and allocating jobs down the line.

- Coordinate maintenance activities with other linked departments.

- Daily planning and scheduling of the jobs in coordination with the cross-functional team.

- To track and ensure 100 % compliance to PM & Planned Jobs.

- Ensure compliance with safety measures by conducting safety inspections, identifying hazards, taking mitigation actions, and communicating with the company and subordinates down the line.

- Compliance with legal requirements like inspection of lifting tools and tackles, testing of pressure vessels etc.

- Execution of Capital jobs like debottlenecking, improvement, equipment replacement etc.

- Experience in maintenance of the following equipment is a must.

- Reheating Furnace

- Mill stand gearbox

- EOT cranes

- Cooling Bed

- Garret Coiler

- Stationary and rotating equipment

- Hydraulic & Lubrication systems

- High-Pressure De-scalers.

- Abrasive Saw & Cold Shear.

- Screw Compressors, Pumps, piping systems and valves

- Heat exchanges

- Fans/Blowers

- Bright bar facilities
