- MBA Finance with 7-8 experience in fund management, Banking and Treasury

- Handling Banking matters renewal of Working facility agreement

- Negotiate fund cost and tracking the same

- Manage the fund based and non fund based limits

- Handle LC, BG issuance, and closing with documentation

- Support CFO in raising funds with Banks, WC and Project funding and FIs and complete documentation work

- Liaison with Banks and handle banking level escalations

- Responsible for Banking compliances from time to time , Stock statement, FFR , DP Plan etc

- Handle Forex Management and Forward contracts and Hedging

- Look in to Credit rating and liaison with Rating agencies

- Handle and support and Treasury and Investment functions

- Day to day fund planning and fund management

- Tracking and monitoring Finance and various Bank charges

- Preparation of CMA sheet and support in evaluating the Capital Budgeting proposals

- Handled fund limit of more than 50 Cr with multiple level bank handling & Good in communication and effective liaison with Banks and Rating agencies
